super clean and spacious suites

the resort had so many food options. great entertainment. an abundance of loungers could be found poolside and at the beach. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i enjoyed the gym facilities and aqua exercises that were available.
At the pool area, i saw too much drinking. They did not clean glasses often enough. some pool loungers around the main pool were reserved for hours before anyone used them, and nobody checked this. dirty towels were not removed from sun beds so beds got blocked.

the beach was amazing (i loved the clear water).
I was really frustrated with the slow service at some of the restaurants. it took forever to get seated, and the waiters seemed overwhelmed even when the restaurant wasn't full. also, the sales staff in white tops near reception were way too pushy. They kept pressuring us to buy exclusive services even after we said no, made us very uncomfortable.
